On Ramp Program
New to CrossFit? We have just the program for you!
Personal Training On Ramp ($199)
We start each new member off with Five On Ramp (Fundamental) classes, which will introduce and familiarize you with the fundamental movements of CrossFit. You will meet in a one on one training session with one of our experienced coaches. The five sessions can be scheduled around times that are convenient for you and fit into your schedule unlike our group sessions. After the five introductory sessions you will then have two weeks of unlimited membership to try out as many of our regularly scheduled group classes as you would like.
