Our Youth program is a strength and conditioning class developed specifically for the 11-14 age range and is always scalable based upon your youth's ability. We teach our young athletes to move correctly and because the workouts are constantly varied, your teen is less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports. Our program can help any high school athlete improve his or her speed, coordination, strength, and endurance.
Our youth program is offered every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 5:30pm with our amazing Coach Jessie. This class time also coincides with our adult class time so many parents will workout at the same time as their youth!
