CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2

I was born in Quebec, Canada, but I have been in the states most of my life (Oui! Je parles français!). I did several sports growing up from gymnastics, to swimming, to cross country, and track. Swimming was by far my favorite and the one I did the longest! I have been doing CrossFit since 2011 and the first few years I was very focused on competing. I competed at Regionals on a team for 5 consecutive years and I competed at the CrossFit Games on a team 3 years as well. As I have gotten older though, my true appreciation for CrossFit has been it's ability to keep myself active and healthy for my three little girls.
When we decided to grow our family, being pregnant and learning to adjust my fitness routine for this major life change and beyond was eye opening. I had such a deep passion for CrossFit for 8 years prior to starting a family, but now I've gained a whole new passion of appreciating how life can change, but the need for a good fitness routine will always remain even if you have to adjust, modify, and scale along the way.
I love meeting people where they are at in life and helping them find a love for fitness, health, and wellness. CrossFit is such an amazing space for that. It provides the programming, the fun, the community, and the accountability. From being confident in ones' clothes, to being proud of their strength, and having a community that provides acceptance, support, and friendship is something everyone should get to experience in their life. I hope anyone who walks into Dwala gets to experience that.
