

With our general group programming blending endurance hybrid style training perfectly into our weekly agenda, you'll be getting into the best shape of your life along with getting prepared for races like Hyrox, Spartans, Tough Mudders, etc.
Once a month we have a large group session with Coach TJ, lasting two hours which includes endurace hybrid training, race prep strategy, nutrition, and mobility/recovery help. These tend to be on Sundays at 7:00am and are open to Dwala Members & Non Members (must pay $25 Drop In)
